Meet the Owner

Hannah is an Indiana Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SP14463). She holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in the field of Communication Sciences and Disorders from Indiana University, Bloomington and University of Louisville as well as a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Hannah has over 15 years experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing services to individuals from infancy to age 22 in school, community, and home settings. She specializes in apraxia of speech, articulation disorders, language disorders, social skills, fluency disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. Hannah enjoys making therapy sessions as functional and fun as possible for her clients as she believes they learn best when they are enjoying themselves! She is trained in the implementation of Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) as well as a variety of more complex Augmentative-Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and devices, and Hanen strategies to target early language intervention by coaching parents to be their child’s best teacher. Outside of Small Talk, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family outdoors on the hiking trails and visiting state parks.
