What Do Our Employees Say?

Small Talk Pediatric therapy provides a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment for all our employees. But you don’t have to take our word for it! Listen to what some of our long-time employees have to say about working here and why you should join the Small Talk team.

I have worked at Small Talk since we first opened doors in May 2022. I have had so many opportunities to learn and grow as a clinician. I am fortunate to work with a team that truly impacts our community in such a positive way! We collaborate with many local universities and collages to provide mentoring and internship placements. I love to educate and mentor new professionals in our field.

Elizabeth McMillan, MS, CCC-SLP

Lead SLP

When someone says Small Talk, the first thing that comes to mind is small but mighy. Working at Small Talk has taught me many things, but the number one thing it has taught me is that we put our patients and staff first! These kiddos are not only our patients, but they are children that we get to watch grow, learn and sometimes even say their first words. We build relationships with our families. When you hear “Small Talk”, it is definitely a place you want to be!
