As a courtesy to our patients, we verify insurance coverage and communicate with you regarding therapy benefits.

Please contact the Billing Coordinator if you have any questions regarding coverage of your insurance carrier. If your specific health plan is not listed, we may be able to work with you and your insurance carrier to find a solution that best meets your needs.
